Final fettling was done on Karen's car before the Cadwell double header round on Monday 7th May. The fire extinguisher mounting bolts had to be replaced, having been mangled by a minor excursion beyond the rumble strips at Snetterton last time. A squeaking passenger rear wheel was also fixed by re-fitting an errant pad shim which was stuck between the disk and the heat shield. The coolant and oil levels were also topped up. Thanks to Darren for his help with these jobs on such a lovely sunny day.

Cadwell promises to be another great event for the MR2C, with separate grids again for the MK1 and MK2 cars. Not only do they both have two races, but they also have a separate qualifying session. Now it's just down to the weather...
